Highland Hills Independent Living offers residential living with comfort and elegance in an active senior community. Located on 55 beautiful acres in Oconee County, Highland Hills provides residential living with all the comforts of home. Spacious one and two bedroom apartments are available with fully equipped kitchens, emergency call buttons in bedrooms and bathrooms and personal balconies/patios. One evening meal is served daily for all Independent Living residents in our main dining room.

Weekly, flat laundry services assure that sheets, towels, and pillow cases are carefully and professionally laundered.
$15 a visit

Regular housekeeping services relieve residents of housekeeping chores.
$30 a visit for a one bedroom apartment
$35 a visit for a two bedroom and two bedroom deluxe apartments

Medication Management (assistance with medication supervision): $70

Pet Deposit (non-refundable): $350

All Independent Living apartments have a move-in fee equal to the first month's rent.
