Concerro allows St. Mary's to staff hard-to-fill shifts with our own nurses while also giving nurses more control over their schedule. It’s a win-win situation.
Concerro is accessible only to qualified St. Mary's employees. If you are eligible, log on anytime at stmarys.concerro.com, follow the instructions to sign up, and then view a list of available shifts and request the ones you are interested in working. Bids are reviewed to ensure that only qualified St. Mary’s staff members are selected, and an email notification is sent to the winning bidder.
Concerro is a proven system used by many of the nation’s top hospitals to reduce dependency on agency nurses, improve job satisfaction among staff nurses, and ensure all shifts are filled in a timely and appropriate way.
An extensive clinical competency database for nursing, EMS and respiratory staff has been developed by the respective directors of the clinical services. The director-approved competency list serves as a basis for staff to be assigned to or request and receive regular and additional shifts.
