Online Application

The following outlines the important information you will need to know in order to complete an on-line application with St. Mary’s Health Care System.

Tip: The preferred browser requirement for Internet Explorer users is version 6.0 or higher.

New Applicants
  1. To access the application click on the Continue to Application link at the bottom of this page.
  2. Use the search page to view job postings for the Category, Location, or Keywords of your choice. Select All Jobs to view all job postings. If you do not find an open position in your area of interest, you may apply for a general job in that area by clicking on the Continue button after viewing the results of your search.
  3. Review the results of your search and if you find a position that matches your experience and interests check the Apply box and click on the Continue button to proceed through the application.
  4. Review the consent forms. You must Agree to the consent forms in order to proceed through the application.
  5. Enter your personal contact information and User Name and Password. Note your password for when you return to this site to apply for another position or to update your application. User Names should not contain spaces and Passwords must be at least 6 characters long with no spaces. We encourage applicants to provide us with an email address. If you do not have an email address, consider setting up a free account at www.hotmail.com, www.yahoo.com, or www.juno.com .

Completing the Application

  1. Complete the online application using the Continue button to move through the screens of the application. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ENTIRE APPLICATION AND INTERVIEWS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
  2. When you have finished click on the I Am Finished button.
Returning Applicants

Applying to a New Position

  1. Enter your User Name and Password and click on the Login button.
  2. Use the search page to view job postings for the Category, Location, or Keywords of your choice. Select All Jobs to view all job postings. If you do not find an open position in your area of interest, you may apply for a general job in that area by clicking on the Continue button after viewing the results of your search.
  3. Review the results of your search and if you find a position that matches your experience and interests check the Apply box and click on the Continue button to proceed through the application.
  4. Proceed through the application updating your information relevant to the position you have selected. YOU MUST REVIEW AND COMPLETE THE ENTIRE APPLICATION INCLUDING THE INTERVIEWS.
  5. When you have finished click on the I Am Finished button.

Updating Your Application

  1. Enter your User Name and Password and click on the Login button.
  2. You can update your information by selecting the appropriate tab on the menu bar such as Contact, Preference, Experience, Education, Certification, or Summary.
  3. When you have finished click on the I Am Finished button.
