Group Health Insurance
Your choice of PPO or HMO coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. Employee and dependent coverage available.
Basic Life Insurance
Coverage equal to the employee’s annual salary through The Hartford, provided at no cost to the employee.
Supplemental Life Insurance
Low group rates for employees and dependents through The Hartford.
Your choice of two plans, Standard or Premier, through Delta Dental of Michigan. Affordable group rates.
Your choice of two plans, Standard or High, through United Health Care. Affordable group rates.
Long Term Disability
Provides 60% of your income in case of disability through The Hartford Insurance Co.
Trinity Health 403b Retirement Savings Plan
You may invest a percentage of income on a pre-tax basis through TransAmerica. Upon employment St. Mary’s matches between 25% and 75% of your contribution up to 6% (Based on years of service). Maximum match is 4.5%. As a new employee you are automatically enrolled at 2% contribution. You will have the choice to opt-out of this. You are fully vested after 3 years of employment.
Trinity Health Retirement Savings Plan-Core Contribution
A percentage of eligible compensation is added to a retirement savings plan each year. You must work 1000 hours in the calendar year and contribute to the 403b to be eligible. You are fully vested after 3 years of employment.
Personal Annual Leave (PAL)
Time off with pay for vacations, holidays, personal illnesses or injuries and other personal and family needs. PAL time begins accumulating after four pay periods of employment. New fulltime employees earn 7.08 hours per pay period, and new part-time employees earn 3.08 hours per pay period. PAL accrual rate increases with years of service.
Six recognized holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. PAL time can be used for other holidays. Time and a half paid if required to work on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day.
Assistance in payment for work-related courses, resulting in a diploma or degree. Current reimbursement is $5,000 over employment lifetime with St. Mary’s.
